The mobile app was designed to let customers gain quick access to the products currently on offer as well as to notify users about exciting novelties, special discounts or limited offers. It was essential to transplant the operating principles of the X-kom website into their mobile app.

We planned our activities to develop a native app for both iOS and Android. We designed the app bearing its utmost intuitivity in mind, while working to retain the functionalities of the X-kom online store.

Our team developed a fully native shopping app for iOS and Android, both smartphone and tablet-friendly which allows all users to filter and search for products easily as well as to react quickly to any special offers at hand. With our main focus placed on user comfort, we delivered a complete toolkit helping users follow, compare and search for electronics they desire.
Thanks to this immediate information feed, X-kom customers can find their desired items even more quickly and accurately. Push notifications, known as Hot Shots, on exciting novelties, special offers and limited time offers have become one of the hallmarks of the app. In 2018, the x-kom app received the Mobile Trend Awards 2017, coming first in the m-commerce category.
