Esotiq, being acutely aware of their customer’s needs, approached planning any initiatives to modernize their online store and to create a mobile app comprehensively. Esotiq focused on e-commerce and m-commerce action to strengthen and further develop their existing omnichannel strategy, which makes the brand more readily available to its customers

What we did to solve the issue?
Our first steps help modernize their e-store. Next, we were responsible for implementing a sales app with a loyalty module based on the existing loyalty scheme of Esotiq Club. Naturally, both parties agreed to create an application using the Flutter technology. Thanks to the technology we were able to execute the app for both iOS and Android effectively.

As a result of the last few months’ cooperation, the new Esotiq e-store was developed, along with a new mobile app for iOS and Android.
The app’s key functionalities allow users to:
- shop online and pay in the app
- receive news on special offers and discounts
- search by product code
- sign up for the newsletter
- set up a loyalty card
- benefit from special discounts and offers for app users and Esotiq Club members
- add products to favorites
– order a personalized engraving.
